Entire assembly verification, previous diagnosis with data gathering in a technical card, complete dismantling.
Direct current Motors.Cleaning, re-insulation, winding drying, manifold turning and milling.
Armature winding control through surge-test. Bearing change. Cleaning and re-insulation of the rear head.
Brushes wear control, adjustment and, if required, change. Brushes height regulation and neutral linear pitch.
Wiring check and control of tachometric dynamo.
Brake adjustment, torque control.
Dimensional axle control.
If it has airing: checking, disassembly, cleaning, re-insulation, drying, bearing replacements, assembly and testing.
Complete assembly, testing, data gathering and final check.
Cleaning, reinsulation and drying of stator.Checking of windings in surge-test. Bearing replacement, joint replacement.
Brake adjustment, torque control.
Check and adjustment of transmitter: RLG, resolver, integrated RLG and encoder, tachometrics.
Rotor slot check.

If fan installed: cheking, disassembly, cleaning, reinsulation, drying, bearing replacement, assembly and testing.
Assembly of motor, load bench tests and regulator and numeric control tests.

SERVICE PROVISION/MOTOR REPAIR
All of the operations listed below are not performed systematically; we will perform all or part of them depending on the damages that can be ascertained.
Systematic: complete checking, initial diagnosis with data gathering, complete disassembly, cleaning and cheking of all elements.
1. WINDING AND MAGNET ROTOR
Reinsulation – drying – rewinding - manifold replacement- manifold turning – milling -grooving – balancing - replacement of bearings.
2. WINDINGS STATOR/MAGNET STATOR/MANIFOLDS
Check – cleaning – reinsulation – drying - rewinding of auxiliary poles - compensation poles - coil arrays - varnish
3. REAR HEAD
Cleaning – reinsulation - machining- brush holder replacement - brush adjustment -brush holder height adjustment - neutral pitch.
4. MAGNETIC POLES
Magnetization and repair of magnetic poles, reinsulation of the electric magnetization circuit.
Check - revision and repair of electric circuitry – replacement - checking of connections - remagnetizing of poles - mechanical repair.
Check – adjustment – replacement - mechanical and electrical repair.
7. SIGNAL EMITTER: RLG, RESOLVER, INTEGRATED P3 ENCODER
Check – adjustment – reconditioning – replacement - repair connections.
Check – reconditioning - repair of connections.
Repair or replacement
Dimensional check-mechanical repair of front and rear axle-machining by means of metal spraying in fusion-remaking of cotter pin-machining of front and rear bearing seats-building of new axle-balancing of rotor.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR MACHINE-TOOL ELECTRIC MOTORS
- This contract includes the possibility of preventive maintenance in machine tool electric motors.
- Preventive maintenance is understood to mean: Cleaning, reinsulation and drying of the motor.
- Mechanical and electrical adjustments.
- Replacement bearings.
- Final testing.
- The contracted services include: up to 5 motors and heads.
- Prices do not include: position transmitters (encoder, resolver, RLG card, tachometrics) connectors, mechanical parts, replacement of items worn by normal use.
- Delivery lead times will be from 5-6 days following reception under preventive maintenance. If a fault is detected, the customer will be advised of the shortest possible lead time.
