This is the subsequent step, complementary or simultaneous to the preventive maintenance, and it consists of the analysis and data compilation through the monitoring of the elements which must be kept safe in order to create reliable data bases of each element and to be ahead of the possible breakdowns and plan thoroughly in time its maintenance. This kind of maintenance lets us to establish subsequent comparisons which will indicate us the evolution and the state of each element in each checking or control moment as well as in certain moments.
It also makes it possible to analyse the elements during its running by analysing the machine or element in situ rather than dismantling it.
Analysis operations which are carried out:
- · Vibration levels in the elements, in bearings, coupling plates, joints, etc.
- · Temperature analysis, wears and heating through thermography.
Voltage, dielectric stiffness, consumption, insulation, earth, nominal power, short circuit power, vacuum intensity, charge intensity, power factor, active powers, inductive, capacitive, performances, in motors, pumps, etc.
